• Counseling:
Responding to telephone inquiries from exporters regarding trade requirements, regulations, documentation, country issues, commodity classification, etc.

• Promotional:
Contacting exporters to determine interest in overseas trade shows, export leads, seminars and other trade activities. Preparation of industry-specific newsletters. Seminar support.

• Administrative:
Preparation of communications. Entering company information database. Maintaining trade reference library.

• Market Reserach:
Utilizing federal government databases, trade journals and internet based market research for exporting companies.

• Special Projects as assigned
