Mary K. McCormick is the principal of McCormick International, focusing exclusively on international business law. She has more than thirty years of international legal experience spanning over forty countries. Her experience includes setting up international agency, distributor, joint venture, and technology agreements. She was International Counsel for Cray Research, Inc., a supercomputer manufacturer, and Group Counsel, Asia Pacific for Honeywell, Inc., a control systems and computer manufacturer. She began her legal career with the law firm of Baker & McKenzie. She is on the Panel of International Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, and is a member of the Council of the International Business Law Section, Minnesota State Bar Association and is a former Chair of the Section.
